Joe and John are the founding Directors of Glance Productions. Since graduating London Film Academy with the LFAs film of the year Joe and John have worked together as a Director-Cinematographer duo.
John and Joe’s working relationship evolved into Glance Productions. Over the years they have made award winning shorts, music videos and branded content. Most recently they have launched Glance Hotels.
With over a decade’s production experience as an Assistant Director, Harry has built a strong portfolio working on set alongside some of the industry’s top Directors and Producers. Organising the majority of our projects and sourcing new clients, he is the pragmatic force behind the glossy exterior.
Every company needs a charismatic scandinavian and Jonas certainly fits the bill. A real jack of all trades but a master of them too. He specialises in 360 VR but is a also very experienced director and camera operator, not to mention his superb editing abilities. Jonas Directed the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation film we shot in Malawi which you can see in ‘Our Work’.
Best known for his short film ‘Mind The Gap’, which was selected to premiere at the London Short Film Festival 2015 and recently won the Sonos ReScored competition, Luke is a London based film-maker and photographer whose main area of focus is in the development and production of short narrative films.
Ricky is a veteran in the industry, starting out in rental houses and growing into a renowned Director of Photography. His keen eye has taken him all around the globe shooting everything from commercials to documentaries. Chances are he knows your camera better than you do.
Akinola is a London based filmmaker, whose work centres around cultural inclusion and representation. He has made works, most notably for ‘Kenzo’, ‘NTS’ and ‘Non Worldwide’. He is an advocate of community and redefining diasporan narratives.
Samphino is our designated chief morale officer (CMO) and at the age of just 1 (7 in dog years), he is by far our youngest member of the team. Having started as an unpaid intern, he slowly worked his way up through the ranks to become head of his department. He is working on his touch typing skills but his leather pads often complicate things. Fair play to the lad.
